From signed to live, step by step

Because KeenERP is set up around how your factory already works, implementation is mostly about learning your process and bringing in your data. Here is how it runs, and what we need from you along the way.

Implementation, onboarding and go-live

  1. Kickoff

    We do
Meet your team, agree what goes live first, and name one contact on each side.
    You provide
A project owner, the key people from each department, and your current documents and spreadsheets.
    Outcome
An agreed scope, contacts and plan.
  2. Learn your process

    We do
Walk through how an order moves today, from quote to container, in the office and on the floor.
    You provide
Time with the people who run each step, and examples of real orders.
    Outcome
Your workflow mapped, including what to keep and what to improve.
  3. Collect your data

    We do
Send a checklist and templates, then check your files with our import readiness tools.
    You provide
The documents and data on the checklist below.
    Outcome
A clean list of what is ready and what still needs work.
  4. Set up KeenERP

    We do
Configure modules, documents, numbering, approvals and roles, then import your materials, products and BOMs.
    You provide
Answers to setup questions and a quick review of imported data.
    Outcome
KeenERP set up with your own data and documents.
  5. Train your team

    We do
Hands-on training by role, in Vietnamese or English, using your own products and orders.
    You provide
Time for each team to practise, and a lead user per department.
    Outcome
Every team can do its daily work in KeenERP.
  6. Pilot run

    We do
Run real orders through KeenERP alongside your current way of working, and fix gaps as they appear.
    You provide
A few live orders to run end to end, and feedback from each team.
    Outcome
Confidence that KeenERP handles your real work.
  7. Go-live

    We do
Load opening stock and open orders, switch over, and support your team closely through the first weeks.
    You provide
A confirmed stock count and a go-live date.
    Outcome
    Your factory runs on KeenERP.
  8. After go-live

    We do
Ongoing support in your language, regular check-ins, and improvements as your factory changes.
    You provide
Feedback, and requests as new needs come up.
    Outcome
A system that keeps fitting the way you work.
