How we got here
We arrived with our own software
We brought our own ERP to Vietnam and spent time with local teams inside their factories, in the office and on the production floor.
We saw what imposing it would cost
Making a factory change how it works to fit the software meant a long learning curve, disrupted processes and slow adoption.
So we did the opposite
We adapt KeenERP to the local market and to each company, building their workflows and documents into it, so they keep working the way they do today.

What we improve along the way
Adapting to a factory does not mean copying its spreadsheets. Along the way we fix what slows an order down.
The BOM lived in many workbook versions, and nobody was sure which one production used.
One BOM per product, linked to everything downstream.
Materials were ordered from experience, and shortfalls showed up on the line.
Requirements calculated from confirmed orders and stock on hand.
Buyer documents were retyped by hand for every order.
Quotes, PIs and export documents generated from the same record.
Packing lists were rebuilt at the last minute before the container closed.
Packing lists that match what was actually picked and loaded.
